Melamine OSB

Engineered wood panels called OSB (Oriented Strand Board) are formed of cross-oriented wood strands that are bonded with adhesives using pressure and heat.

Compared to MDF and particle board, OSB is unique. Wood powder is used to create MDF. Wood powder and tiny wood chips are randomly arranged to create particle board. These factors make OSB stronger, stiffer, and more consistent than MDF and Particle Board.

OSB can be categorised as acceptable for interior or exterior uses according on the glue used.
