PET faced mdf board

At our facility, we produce Deep Embossed PET Faced MDF Board 18mm. The food-grade, environmentally friendly components used to manufacture the PET panel series are well-known on a national and international scale. Bright colour, minor colour variation, no colour variation among batches, and a powerful three-dimensional visual impression.

PET faced mdf board is referred to as PET faced mdf board, whilst MDF stands for medium density fiberboard. PET faced mdf board is a popular furniture material due to its non-toxicity, durability, impact and scratch resistance, and good water and moisture barrier qualities. The surface is constructed of imported Korean PET. on adhere the PET surface on MDF, a high-tech German procedure employs PUR glue, as well as high heat and pressure.

MDF covered in lovely PET on the front and back in the same colour. To ensure the high surface strength, a second PE protective film is added to the board’s front side; this film should not be removed until the furniture is assembled. Non-abrasive cleaning products designed for plastic surfaces will assist you in keeping the surface immaculate and lovely. PET Laminated MDF boards can be formatted and edged using any standard saw and edging line.
