uV panel – UV excimer particle board

Excimer curing technique, 172nm UV light irradiation, is used in Foresmate UV excimer particle board with skin sensing to cure only the coating’s very thin surface. The polymer crosslinking in this thin layer will shrink and form an uneven surface, and floating in the uncured liquid below to achieve the sensation of skin feeling, is a type of board suitable for the entire dwelling area.

Because it is made of particles with gaps between them that are not filled to manage thermal expansion and contraction, the particle board will be more stable when the outside temperature and humidity change.

Fingerprint imprinting leaves no spot, touch, or trace due to the Excimer UV skin sensor plate’s superior hydrophobic structural layer and sliding friction coefficient.

3.Scratch-resistant and self-healing

Foresmate uv excimer particle board will solidify and shrink the paint to increase density, provide 4H surface hardness, improve paint film adherence, offer high paint bonding strength, and be resistant to a variety of daily bumps and scratches thanks to excimer technology.

4.Minor blemishes can be fixed with heat.

Imported hot melt paint with high tensile strength can reorganise microscopic surface structure. A little scratch can be repaired with a warm compress or heat, such as a heated towel.

UV excimer particle board is a superb substitute for marble and other attractive materials for families, hotels, businesses, KTVs, shops, restaurants, schools, and a range of administrative places, leisure locations, sporting arenas, and so on.

Environmental

Depending on the substrate the UV excimer particle board was made from will determine whether or not it has contaminated the air. If the substrate’s formaldehyde release meets the environmental protection standard and the UV excimer particle board is odourless, melamine won’t worsen material pollution.
