UV glossy mDF

UV glossy mdf is commonly used in the furniture and interior design industries, particularly for cabinet doors, panels, and household and office furniture. It is a current fashion and style trend.

Foresmate’s high gloss UV panels are mostly utilised for mdf sheet, plywood, and particle board, but other types of panels such as pics, melamine, hpl, and wood veneer can also be used.We will do our utmost to accommodate your requirements.

Quality features

1.UV glossy mdf Using high-quality board as the base, such as MDF or HDF;
2.The surface of the UV glossy mdf sheet is easy to clean and resembles a mirror.
3.No fading or yellowing. Even after extensive use, the brightness and colour will remain constant.
4.Strong, long-lasting, water-proof, and acid, alkali, and cracking resistance;
5.The foundation is made of environmentally friendly grade E1 UV glossy mDF.
6.Eco-friendly and risk-free. The UV paint emits no toxic emissions, making it one of the most environmentally friendly paints.
7.Compared to stove varnish, the UV paint manufacturing cycle is shorter and easier to process and restore the same colour. As a result, UV glossy mdf is more commonly utilised than varnish melamine mdf sheet.

Environmental

Whether or not the melamine board pollutes the environment depends on the UV glossy mdf core utilised. If the MDF panel is formaldehyde release meets the environmental protection standard and the melamine MDF board has no odour, melamine won’t worsen material pollution.
