UV excimer plywood

Our skin detecting UV excimer plywood cures only a very thin layer of the coating using excimer curing technology and 172nm UV light irradiation. This thin layer’s polymer crosslinking will shrink and form an uneven surface, and floating in the uncured liquid below, to accomplish the effect of skin sensing, is a type of board ideal for the complete dwelling space.

1.Matte face, soft skin feeling

4.Minor scratches can be repaired by heat

Because of its extreme toughness, imported hot melt paint can rebuild tiny surface structure. A tiny scratch can be self-repaired by applying a warm compress or heating, such as a hot towel.

Environmental

Whether the UV excimer plywood of furniture has polluted the air depends on the substrate used by the melamine board. If the formaldehyde release of the substrate meets the environmental protection standard, melamine will not aggravate the material pollution
