PET faced laminate particle board for cabinet

Foresmate Group specialises in the manufacture of several types of PET faced particle board.

The solid wood board is sliced into a thin veneer of about 0.2 mm thickness, and the splint is used as the base material to make a decorative board with a single-sided ornamental look.

The splint is displayed in an unusual way on a panel made of PET particle board that is 9 – 25mm thick. Decorative cabinet particle board is a high-end décor material that is now unique from blending processes.

At our facility, we produce Deep Embossed PET Faced Particle Board Panels. The food-grade, environmentally friendly components used to manufacture the PET panel series are well-known on a national and international scale. Bright colour, minor colour variation, no colour variation among batches, and a powerful three-dimensional visual impression.

Application

Foresmate’s pet faced particle board is often utilized for kitchen cabinet doors, bedroom wardrobe doors, shoes cabinets, TV cabinets, display cabinets, children’s bedrooms, study cabinets, and bathroom cabinets, among other uses.

Environmental

Pet faced particle board has benefits and drawbacks. On the one hand, because it is derived from a renewable resource, namely wood chips or particles, it can be generated from scrap wood or timber from sustainably managed forests. Pet faced particle board can also be made from recycled plastic, reducing the amount of plastic waste that ends up in the environment.
