UV excimer particle board

Using ultraviolet (UV) radiation and an excimer technology, a type of particle board known as UV excimer particle board is created. The lignocellulosic fibers in wood are broken down into smaller particles using excimer technology. These smaller particles are then reconstituted with a resin binder to create particle board.

By strengthening the binding between the wood particles and the resin binder, UV excimer technology is utilized to improve the qualities of particle board. As a result, the particle board is more robust and resilient to moisture, heat, and other environmental variables.
